MLB

• Joe Girardi has figured out how to make the Marlins winners.
• The Coco Crisp to Boston trade should happen now.
• Frank Thomas is an Oakland Athletic now, and apparently I'm not the only one who is a little sad about it.
• Things just keep getting more interesting in the World Baseball Classic when it comes to who's playing for whom. Just ask Danny Haren.
• Sammy Sosa already knew the bigger you are, the farther the ball goes. Now he's learning about how the bigger you are, the harder you fall.

NFL

• Still the Seahawks vs the Steelers in Super Bowl XL. Game's still 9 days away too.
• Sean Taylor may be listed as Questionable for next season.

NBA

• Pretty big trade in the NBA today between Minnesota and Boston. Bill Simmons has something to say about it.
• Someone compared Ron Artest to Isaiah Rider the other day. That made me ask myself, "Whatever happened to Isaiah Rider?"
