How I lost 40 pounds

The only diet I had tried previously was Weight Watchers, I lost a little bit of weight but I soon gained it all back when I stopped going to the meetings. I knew that now was the time or I would be this way forever. I was 24 years old and still single which I think was largely due to my weight. So I did a lot of research on the Venus Factor before I decided to buy it and see if it’s claims were true. I started on the plan immediately, going out and buying all the foods on the Venus Factor recommended food list. They made understanding calories easy and I found myself automatically checking nutritional information before getting any products. I used to be such a “convenience” kind of girl, i.e. lazy, but I found myself so excited on this plan and started preparing all my meals beforehand. My biggest worry was that I would be hungry but I really shouldn’t have worried. Although counting calories, I could eat so much because I was eating the right kinds of food and they were low in calories. I did allow myself a treat every now and again, something that the program actually advocated as a boost in metabolism and to stop you giving into binges.

Another thing that terrified me was exercise, me running around the local park in Lycra would not be a good luck, trust me! I kept up with the strict eating and exercise plan and after 3 weeks, I stepped on the scales. I was 8 pounds down which I couldn’t believe and this made me even more excited to carry on with the Venus Factor plan. It got easier as time wore on and after 2 months, it was like second nature. I dropped a dress size, then two, then three. My body was changing and I could actually see a waist for the first time in my life. Three months on, I am 40 pounds lighter and still going. My Personal Review of The Venus Factor

This is what the Venus Factor Program did for me

My name is Jasmine, I’m 26 and half a year ago I weighed 162lbs. At a mere 5’3, I think you will agree that is not a nice number to see on the scales. I had been told by many healthcare professionals that I needed to lose weight and believe me, I tried. Every few weeks, I would try a new diet - only to fail shortly afterwards. When my treat day did come, I would eat some processed food and chocolate but in a much smaller amount than what I was used to. I noticed that my cravings for these food were not as intense as they used to be and I also noticed that I would get full up easier. I think the amount of fiber that I was now eating definitely contributed to the fact that a meal would actually fill me up.

The exercise plan scared me a little because I was so big but the fact that I could do them at home spurred me on to succeed. Some of the moves were quite hard to perform with all my extra weight but I powered on through and I felt so much better after I had completed a workout. After the pounds continued to drop, I looked forward to my workouts and even started to do a little more than the amount on the plan.

I now stand at 124lbs, a lot of which is pure muscle. I have curves where I have never seen curves before and I am so happy with how I look and of course, feel. I am like a brand new woman and It’s all thanks to Venus Factor.

Why do I think this program worked as oppose to other ones I have tried? The Venus Factor allows you delicious foods and it offers you PLENTY of healthy food, so you don’t go hungry. The workout plan is achievable too and I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to transform their life.
