The 2009 season has been a very exciting one for the Iowa Hawkeyes and their fans. Along with playing in a bunch of closely contested games, the Hawkeyes also flirted with perfection and a Big Ten title until they lost Ricky Stanzi to a sprained ankle. Still, all the work resulted in the school’s first BCS berth since the 2002 Orange Bowl.
Still, there is one slight problem for many a Hawkeye fan living within the state of Iowa regarding the bowl game.
It’s possible that when the Hawkeyes take the field on January 5 to play the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets at the Orange Bowl,
some Iowans might not be able to watch the game on television...
