I wrote about it both here and at FanHouse last week, but it looks like it's going to become official at some point on Monday afternoon.
The newest member of your Chicago White Sox will be Omar Vizquel.
According to ESPNChicago's Bruce Levine, Vizquel will be signing a one-year deal worth $1.375 million to be a backup infielder and mentor to Alexei Ramirez, Gordon Beckham and Mark Teahen.
It's not a huge move by any means, but as I said last week, it's one that could have a big impact on a White Sox infield that wasn't exactly stellar defensively last season.
