There seems to be a trend starting at the University of Minnesota. The Gophers get a win on Saturday, and then one of their freshman players goes out and gets nailed for underage drinking. Back in September it was freshman linebacker Gary Tinsley who got a bit out of hand while celebrating a win over Northwestern, and now it’s freshman cornerback Michael Carter.Carter was out with a friend late on Sunday night when they decided to go get some pizza with fellow freshman cornerback Tyrone Watkins when the two decided that pizza wasn’t enough to satisfy their hunger. So the duo allegedly tried to pick a fight with a couple of others, and Carter ended up spending four hours in jail...
