Blogpoll Ballot: Week 1
Not too much has changed on my ballot this week. I did reshuffle the top a bit though, with USC moving to #1 after looking like the most impressive of the top three this weekend. Ohio State beat the hell out of Youngstown State, but since I don't yet know the severity of Beanie Wells' foot injury, I didn't want to keep them at number one.
Falling out of the poll this week are Clemson, Virginia Tech, and Tennessee. All three lost, and though Tennessee played their game closer than Illinois did, I am, and always will be, an unrepentant homer.
Hell, I nearly put Notre Dame at #25 just because they didn't manage to lose last weekend. I also toyed with moving Utah even higher since I laid some money down on them to win outright (at +140, cha-ching!), but I didn't want my gambling success to affect the polls. Something just doesn't seem right about that.
