Is this really a "bad bad" thing? I mean, it's not meant to be a helpful act, but they're acting like this guy spawned Satan in the locker-room. I point to my previous comments that said this was bogus based on the fact they said it was buried in the concrete. I was right, it was just sitting in the dirt under the concrete.
What charges could they possibly get this guy with? Being a Red Sox fan is now a crime in NYC? This is such a stupid story, I wish we had another sports news channel that wasn't headquartered in the upper northeast...UGH
