As you can see, my ballot for week 2 of the preseason is the same as it was for week 1. The reason for this is obviously the fact that nobody has played a single game yet, so it's hard to argue for teams to move up or down.
Once the season starts in a couple of days though, then things are bound to change and I'll be happy to explain my actions. As for now, all I can say is this is what I think the Top 25 will look like come the end of this season.
