The Basketball Diaries-That's Gotta Hurt

Dallas Mavericks 118 Golden State Warriors 112
It's got to be a tough morning for the Warriors today. There's 3:07 left in last night's game, and the Warriors have a 112-103 lead in Dallas and are thisclose to eliminating the Dallas Mavericks. Then the Mavs finish the game on a 15-0 run, and survive to fight another day. This leads to a few questions for Golden State. Was the fact they were able to give the Mavs so much trouble in Dallas mean that they'll easily take care of them back in Oakland? Or will the after effect of having it in their hands and blowing it derail their entire series? Don't know. Don't care. All I know is I'll be watching because these games have been some of the most exciting basketball I've ever seen.
Toronto Raptors 98 New Jersey Nets 96
Okay, so the Raptors were able to stave off elimination, but this thing is done. If the Nets were within a last second jumper of winning this game in Toronto, they'll easily finish things off back in Jersey on Thursday. Especially if the Raptors are without both their point guards. TJ Ford has a neck stinger and could miss the game, and Jose Calderon sprained his ankle pretty badly at the end of Tuesday's game. If both miss Game 6, the Raptors are liable to lose by 30.
