HOLY BALLS!!

Let me set the scene for you.

It's the NCAA Division II Championship game. Winona State has won 57 straight games, and they lead Barton College by seven points with a little over 45 seconds remaining.

Then it begins.

  6. Sometimes, it's just your time. In this year's quarterfinals, Barton beat Grand Valley State University 83-81 on Atkinson's 25-foot buzzer-beater in OT. (Great footage, btw. Thanks.)

  7. Atkinson won the last THREE games on Barton's National Championship run on the LAST PLAY OF THE GAME.

    Besides the Elite 8 win against Grand Valley, AA beat Cal State San Berdoo when he grabbed a rebound and raced upcourt to be fouled shooting a layup with 1.5 seconds left. He made one of two to seal the victory.

    Incredible. That may never be duplicated. EVER.
