The Basketball Diaries-Luuuuuuuuuu!
Chicago Bulls 94 Los Angeles Lakers 89
One of the best parts of being a Bulls fan, and getting to watch all their games is the sheer pleasure of watching Luol Deng grow up in front of our very eyes. We've known Lu was going to be a good player since the Bulls drafted him three years ago. We just didn't know he would be this good this quick. Deng is easily the Bulls most complete player, and he's only 21 years old. His 23 points and 12 rebounds led the Bulls last night to a win over the Lakers. L.A. had a 10 point lead for the majority of the second and third quarters, but a strong fourth quarter by the Bulls finished them off. When Kobe fouled out with five minutes left, this one was over. Bryant had only 19 points, and for the most part, was a non-factor. "The defense had a lot to do with it," Bryant said. "They made me work for positions. They fronted me in the post, and they did a great job."
Phoenix Suns 115 Toronto Raptors 98
We're going to make all of you shake your heads in disbelief, but we don't care. What we're about to say may come as a shock, but it's true and needs to be said. The Phoenix Suns are the best team in the NBA. Yeah, yeah, we know what you're thinking. "Put down the crack pipe you gorgeous fool." Trust us, it's not the first time we've heard that response to this theory of ours. But look at the evidence. Last night's win was the 15th in a row for this Suns team. They got to the Western Conference Finals last season, and this season they have Amare Stoudemire back. That's a bit of a boost. Amare had 28 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Suns last night. Oh, and have we mentioned they have this little Canadian dude named Steve Nash who's won the last two MVP awards? Seriously, keep an eye on this team. They're our dark horse pick to win it all.

How can the Suns be a darkhorse pick to win the Finals when they went 6 games with Dallas last year in the Western Conf. Finals? You guys are one of a million on their jock...
uh,sean, have you watched them play THIS year?
amare's presence alone makes them more complete than last year
and remember, they lost to the mavs LAST YEAR -- no this year
the suns are head and shoulders above any other team so far
Don't worry James, he's just another victim of the dreaded
SARCHASM
I know we're talking about this year. I'm saying they're sick this year and everyone knows it so how can they be a darkhorse...
I hear what you're saying Sean. They aren't a dark horse, I was just being a sarcastic prick when I wrote that.
